AGI AWARDED GALLEY RENOVATION CONTRACT AT REHOBOTH BEACH, DE

AGI is pleased to announce the award of a construction contract in support of the U.S. Coast Guard, located at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  The project includes a complete service and interior electrical upgrade to the USCG station to include generator, XFMR replacement, coordination with the local utility provider, and replacement of interior distribution in an occupied/active facility.  In addition, the project includes the complete demolition and renovation of the Galley (commercial kitchen).  Galley work includes hazardous material remediation, interior demolition, framing, plaster, GWB, ceramic tile, epoxy flooring, painting, coiling counter door, kitchen equipment, plumbing, gas, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, fire alarm, telecommunications, and site work.  A temporary Galley was constructed during the project and disruption to the mission essential functions of the Life Saving Station was minimized to the greatest extent possible.
