Asturian is performing the renovation and FF&E requirements associated with a Dental Laboratory. The Dental Laboratory is a key medical component for the manufacture of dental prosthetics, crowns, and implants of a major hospital. The lab renovation includes the complete demolition, reconfiguration, and installation of interior finishes. Construction includes new GWB wall partitions, wall/floor finishes, doors/hardware, medical gas, fire suppression, plumbing, mechancial, DDC controls, electrical, and associated work requirements. In addition, Asturian is responsible for the set‐up and installation of the associated medical equipment, work stations, fume hoods, and laboratory equipment. Asturian will provide a complete and ready‐to‐use medical facility in accordance with Infectious Control practices.
