Asturian constructed a new 200′ timber pier to support a maritime vessel which perform Testing & Evaluation requirements for military equipment. In addition to the timber pier, seven (7) dolphins, floating fenders, and access ladders were installed. All work was completed in accordance with the EPA, US Army Corps of Engineers, Coastal Zone Management Act, and Department of Environmental Quality. Special precautions implemented to protect native animal species and habitat. The work was performed within an active marina and no disruption occurred to the special operations at the facility.
